BSB50618 - Diploma of Human Resources Management This qualification reflects the role of individuals working in a variety of roles within the human resources sector who have a sound theoretical knowledge base in human resources management and demonstrate a range of managerial skills to ensure that human resources functions are effectively conducted in an organisation or business area. Typically they would have responsibility for the work of other staff.
Students successfully completing the course will receive the BSB50618 - Diploma of Human Resources Management.
Graduates of the BSB50618 – Diploma of Human Resources Management course will be able to seek employment in the following areas:
- Human Resource Manager
- Recruitment Manager
This qualification will be delivered at Subiaco.
Assessment of previous training/experience, if relevant, will be made as part of the application process. Kinggdom will review each students previous qualifications and/or skills and knowledge during the enrolment process to ensure that all students possess the characteristics to achieve the required rigour and depth of training and can meet all of the competency requirements in the current course time-frame.
The course is provided through a face to face delivery mode with a period of self-study and work based training required and assessments are conducted using written and practical assessment methods. While the course duration may vary from student to student, it is suggested that this course will be delivered and assessed over a 45 week period and includes 8 weeks in term breaks with students completing 37 weeks face-to-face training at Kinggdom Institute of Management and 8 weeks in the workplace.
